From what amount do I receive a goodie bag/free gift?
Free gifts are shown at checkout once your shopping cart reaches the required order amount. You can then select your preferred gift. While supplies last.

I don’t see a goodie bag in my shopping cart, will I still get one?
Yes. Gifts become visible and selectable during checkout once you’ve reached the threshold amount. Please note: while supplies last.

We share updates on availability via our Instagram channel. Follow us there for the latest news.

Is there a difference between the in-store and online goodie bag?
In-store and online gifts may vary.

Can I redeem my gift card in the store?
Gift cards can only be redeemed via our online shop.

Can I pick up my online order in the store?
Online orders are shipped through our delivery partners; pickup in-store is not available.

Can I use a VVV gift card in the store?
The VVV gift card can be redeemed in our online shop.

Are the opening hours different during Black Friday Week?
No, opening hours remain the same.
Shopping Night: On Thursday, November 20, 2025 we’ll host an exclusive in-store shopping night from 6:00–8:00 PM.

Can I get advice in the store?
During Black Friday Week, personal skincare advice may be limited. When it’s busy, our in-store experts might not always be available — but our online skincare specialists are happy to assist you anytime.

Shipping / Delivery

When will my package be delivered?
Due to high demand, there may be a delay of 2–4 working days. We and our delivery partners do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Track & Trace says “delivered”, but I haven’t received anything?
First, check with your neighbors or around your home. If you still can’t find the parcel, please contact our customer service team — we’re happy to help.

Your order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your Track & Trace hasn’t updated for a few days or it’s already been 2 extra working days, please contact us.
