Oat-in Silky Toner

This is absolutely my favorite milky toner of all, and I tend to use it in the evening so I can wake up with very glowy skin. I do not find it very hydrating, however it is quite soothing and it REALLY evens out my skintone. Which is something I really needed, as I have another toner that is very hydrating. I love how soft and smooth my face feels afterwards - it's almost the same smooth feeling I get after exfoliation day. Personally I do not feel it leaves a film. I also love the bottle, it's minimalistic but still somehow feels rather classy."}
