Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in the store. You can do this
only redeem in the webshop.


Can I pick up my online order in the store?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up an order from the webshop in the
shop, as these are two separate shops in their own way.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange VVV vouchers in the store,

I would like to get advice about products, is this possible?
We are happy to provide you with personal advice, while we prefer to take our time for this. We recommend that you ask for advice before Black Week starts.

How long does it take before my package is sent?
We strive to send orders to our customers within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this 100% due to the crowds.


How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
Depending on how busy we are and at DHL, this can sometimes cause some delay

DHL indicates that my package has been delayed, what now?

Order process

I forgot something, can I add it afterwards?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add an extra product to a
pending order, this can easily cause confusion within us
Stockroom. You do have the option to place a new (extra) order.

I want to cancel my order, but have already completed the payment. Is this possible?
Unfortunately it is not possible to place orders during this busy period
Cancel. The reason why is because our warehouse is very
quickly pack everything. The moment we cancel something, there is a chance
that the package is still sent. We therefore recommend you well
to check your order, or as we also say: check, check, double
check!
